In a smoggy Beijing, we visited the Temple of Heaven. After a lunchtime banquet we went to the Summer Palace where we took a dragon boat across the lake. Another 14,000 steps and 29 flights of stairs! Now waiting for the night train tucking into seaweed flavour crisps!! Hopefully more photos tomorrow from Xi'an.
